Been busy and rainy so I fell off the exercise wagon, but yesterday I was back “on track,” as it were…

It was rough — I've lost some of my breath the past week — but ultimately, I felt a lot better!
Every bit helps—I am off to a 5K fun walk tomorrow. we “trained” by meeting 2x a week to walk together on top of every day life. i notice a difference even with this little addition. keep it up! katherine
